We’re there at every step in the process. Even after you’re a certified partner and are implementing our products, we ensure a continuous support line so critical projects go smoothly and successfully.

Depending on the type of partner you are, you’ll have access to different levels of support service – all of which are quick, efficient, and ready to help when you need them.

Workday support from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (average regional time zone). Support is delivered through a telephone hotline or via email.

Free remote presales support on complex projects with significant (over 100K net to Zoobla) revenue potential.

Optional support services include on-site support chargeable to the ordering party at daily rates of $1,000 plus travel and per diem expenses.

One week free support by an Zoobla technical specialist every year (on-site or remote upon OEM’s request).

Telephone or email-based support for SDK developers (16 hours per year). Please inquire about pricing details.
